How to Write an Effective Review

A GOOD REVIEW HELPS BUSINESS

AND THE COMMUNITY

A Negitive Review

Before you write a negative review you should talk to the owner of the business or at least email them.

Let them know you intend to post a review. Be kind. If you are angry, take time to calm down and consider a way to discuss a possible solution to the problem with the owner or manager.

NEVER post something you can't backup with absolute facts. You may leave yourself open to legal action.

Remember, day to day activities of a business may be more complicated than you think. Be kind enough to discuss the problem before posting a review.

How To Make Your Review  Count -

You must write a Google review, anything else is not as effective.

 1. Sign up for a Gmail account. It   is quick and easy. Click Here: Gmail

 2. Go to Google.com and search for the business you are interested in.

 3. Click on the icon next to the business or on the map (usually to the right) and locate the business

 4. Find the business on the map and click on this icon    next to the business.

 5. You will find a link: "Write a Review"

6. If Internet Explorer does not work in doing this, try Firefox as your web browser, this usually solves the problem.
